Potassium Sorbate E202

Potassium Sorbate E202 is used to inhibit mould in many products to keep them safe and increase shelf life. Labelled as Potassium Sorbate, (sometimes Sorbic Acid) it inhibits the growth of micro-organisms like yeasts, to keep products stable so that they are effective for a longer period. Simply put, they prolong the life of products and therefore offers tremendous value.
