Ascorbic Acid E300

Ascorbic Acid (stabilised Vitamin C) can be used to regulate the pH of water when making an All in One Fertiliser mix.
Vitamin C - Ascorbic Acid was first discovered in 1932 and was the subject of the first controlled nutritional experiment in recorded history. This product is 100% pure Vitamin C. Ascorbic acid is a reductone sugar acid with antioxidant properties. It is soluble in water.

Exposure to oxygen, metals, light, or heat destroys ascorbic acid, so it must be stored in a dark, cold, and non-metallic container.
