Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Packaging fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days.

We offer 5 types of shipping; Second Class, First Class, First Class Recorded, Special Delivery and Standard Parcels.

 

Second Class (from £1.10)

First Class (from £1.20)

  • Estimated delivery time 1-5 working days.
  • Non trackable service.

Recorded Delivery (from £2.15)

  • Guaranteed to arrive 1-5 working days after despatch.
  • Safe and secure service.

Special Delivery (from £5.90)

  • Guaranteed to be delivered the next working day after despatch.
  • Trackable service - (great for peace of mind).
  • Safe and secure service.
  • Requires a signature upon receipt.

Standard Parcels (from £5.30)

  • Estimated delivery time 3-5 working days.
  • Great for non urgent and heavy items.
  • Non trackable service.

 

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping for all orders over £60.
  • Free shipping will be shipped by whatever method we deem best for the products chosen.
  • Free shipping is for UK mainland only. No free shipping to Europe or the rest of the world.
  • For customers who do not notify us within 30 days of their product not arriving, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. You must apply or notify us before that time period. After 30 days we are no longer able to claim by royal mail.

 

Delayed Parcels: Sometimes goods take longer than normal to arrive with Royal Mail. Customers are not entitled for us to send a replacement in the meantime. We are legally obliged to wait 15 working days (3 weeks) for a parcel to be considered as lost - only then will we issue a replacement and not a refund. See Royal Mail website for further detail:

In cases when the customer opts for Special Delivery and the parcel arrives late - this is the fault of the Royal Mail, and not Aquarium Plant Food UK. We will place a claim with the Royal Mail for the late delivery which normally takes 30 days for the credit to come through. Only then will we credit the customer via a gift voucher for the cost of the Special Delivery.
