    Cascade Indicator Solution.

    What it is: Colour indication liquid (bromothymol blue) that you add inside the CO2 indicator glass. Use only 1-2 drop mixed with 4dkh Water to fill the indicator.

    What it does: In order for this to work correctly, it requires Cascade Indicator solution (bromothymol blue) to be mixed with 4dkh Water, this changes colour according to the amount of C02 in your tank. When the drop checker is placed correctly in the aquarium, the colour of the indicator solution (bromothymol blue) will turn lime green when the optimal concentration of 30 ppm of CO2 is achieved in the aquarium water. A yellow or blue colour compared against a pH indicator colour chart indicates too much or too little CO2 in the water, respectively.

    • BLUE=Low CO2 levels -> Increase rate of CO2

    • GREEN=Proper CO2 levels -> No action required

    • YELLOW=High CO2 levels -> Decrease rate of CO2

    All order over 2kg will be sent via a courier, sometimes depending on the makeup of the order, we will split into 2 parcels and ship via Royal Mail.

    Free shipping will be shipped by whatever method we deem best for the products chosen.

    Free shipping is for UK mainland only. No free shipping to Europe or the Rest of the World.

    For customers who do not notify us within 30 days of their product not arriving, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. You must apply or notify us before that time period. After 30 days we are no longer able to claim by royal mail.

    Delayed Parcels:

    Sometimes goods take longer than normal to arrive with Royal Mail. Customers are not entitled for us to send a replacement in the meantime. We are legally obliged to wait 15 working days (3 weeks) for a parcel to be considered as lost - only then will we issue a replacement and not a refund. See Royal Mail website for further detail:

    Change of Delivery Address:

    If you need to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible stating your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched your item may be sent to this new address at no extra charge.

    In the unlikely event that an order is undeliverable due to the address not being found or the order not being received, the order will be returned to us. If this happens we may be able to offer a free re-delivery depending on the courier used. However, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery charge from any refund to you, or to charge additional delivery if we have to resend the same items to a new address.

    Incorrect Delivery Address:

    To ensure we successfully deliver the items to the address our customers supply, please ensure you supply Aquarium Plant Food UK with a full and correct delivery address. 

    If the address you supply results in a non-delivery due the address being incorrect you, the customer, will be liable for any extra delivery charges incurred. If the item is lost as a result of wrong delivery details the customer will be responsible for this loss. 

    If however, an error occurs on our system resulting in the wrong delivery or order details, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation at no extra cost to the customer.

    All courier deliveries will arrive 1-2 days [after dispatch] - Unless you are in a Highlands/ Islands, Northern Ireland or European Location. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive please contact us as soon as possible.
